This policy explains how Shine City Pressure Washing Inc (“Shine City Pressure Washing”) handles your mobile number and text messages. It adds to our full Privacy Policy.
What we collect
Your name, your mobile number, and the texts you send us and we send you.
How we use it
Only to text you about the exterior cleaning or Christmas light quote you asked for, your booking, reminders before your appointment, crew-on-the-way notices, invoices and payment links, and replies to your own questions.
Sharing
No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties. We never sell or rent your number. We only share it with the service providers that deliver our texts and run our customer records, and only so they can do that work for us.
Your choices
Reply STOP to any text to stop getting texts, or HELP for help. You can also call (604) 229-5354 or email [email protected] to stop texts or ask what we hold about you.
