Text Message (SMS) Terms
Program name: Shine City Pressure Washing customer texts. These texts are sent by Shine City Pressure Washing Inc.
What texts you will get
When you ask us for a quote, book with us, or text or call us, we may text you about the exterior cleaning or Christmas light quote you asked for, your booking, reminders before your appointment, crew-on-the-way notices, invoices and payment links, and replies to your own questions. These are messages about your own quote and job only. We do not send texts for other companies.
How you agree
You agree to these texts when you give us your mobile number on our quote form (the notice sits right above the Submit button), or when you say yes on a call to getting your quote and booking details by text. Agreeing to texts is never a condition of buying from us.
How often
Message frequency varies. Most customers get about 1 to 10 texts for each quote or job.
Cost
Message and data rates may apply, depending on your mobile plan.
How to stop or get help
- Reply STOP to any text to stop getting texts. We will send one text to confirm, then no more.
- Reply HELP for help, or call us at (604) 229-5354 or email [email protected].
- Reply START to start getting texts again.
Your mobile number stays private
No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. All the above categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties. We only share your number with the service providers that deliver our texts for us.
Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
