Shine City CRM — Software Terms of Use

The Shine City CRM is internal business software operated by Shine City Pressure Washing Ltd.
(“Shine City”) for use by Shine City and its authorized staff only. It is not offered for sale,
licence, or use by the public.
1. Authorized use
Access is limited to Shine City employees and contractors with credentials issued by Shine City.
Any other access is prohibited.
2. Connected services
The software connects to third-party services on Shine City’s own accounts, including QuickBooks
Online (Intuit Inc.), for accounting and reporting on Shine City’s own business records. No customer
of Shine City interacts with these connections directly.
3. Data
Business records processed by the software are handled in accordance with our
Privacy Policy. Data is transmitted
over encrypted connections (TLS) and stored with access controls.
4. No warranty
The software is provided to authorized users “as is” for internal business purposes.
